Position Designation: RPA Senior Consultant for Automation Hub (Sr. Manager) Organization: Cognizant Technology Solutions Business Unit: Intelligent Automation & IT Transformation Hub Experience: 13 to 18 Years of Total IT Experience 3+ Years of recent experience in RPA Consulting engagements Expertise in at least 2 industry domains Job Location: Chennai/Pune/Hyderabad Reporting to: Jatin Gangadharan, Sr. Director - Intelligent Automation & IT Transformation, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Chennai Role Definition: The RPA consultant will be part of a dynamic team providing solutions to various client problems on RPA. As an RPA thought leader, the consultant will assist clients to achieve the benefits of process automation. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to the growth of the RPA Advisory practice by creating service offerings. Mandatory Skills: Have in-depth knowledge of at least 2 RPA tool across (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath, Workfusion) and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities Knowledge of AI integration into RPA will be an added advantage Core Individual Contributor Responsibilities: Define and own RPA Strategy for an enterprise and communicate it effectively to CxO level client stakeholders Work with internal/external process owners/SMEs to perform RPA Opportunity analysis and recommend Automation solutions Provide business case justification for RPA and establish proof of value to the client Create architecture blueprints and solution design artifacts in technology consulting engagements Act as an RPA technology champion who can assess client business & IT landscape to recommend the appropriate tool set Perform Proof of Concept (PoCs) using leading RPA tools and establish proof of technology Develop RPA service offerings, Participate in pre-sales activities like RFP responses, capability preparation etc. Comp Budget: ~30 Lacs ,
