Job Description

Urgent opening for the profile of RSM/ASM with leading Medical device company. Experience- Min 4 years ( In Critical care and Repiratory deveices) CTC- up to 6.50 L Location- Hyderabad

  • Knowledge/Experience of handling, demonstrating and Selling Respiratory and Critical Care Equipment
  • Existing relationship with Anesthesiologists, Critical Care Specialists, Cardiologists, and Neurologists.
  • Relations with Biomedical Engineers and Purchase Managers in a Hospital.
  • Develop fieldwork strategy in line with company objective.
  • Generate leads for Respiratory and Critical Care Equipment from Hospitals and Nursing Homes.
  • Conducting a comprehensive demonstration of Respiratory and Critical Care Equipment
  • Negotiate Pricing with customers with an aim to enforce company laid pricing against the competition.
  • Planning and conducting patient awareness, clinical awareness, and other activities to engage the Physician/Hospital.
  • Make well thought out weekly plans in conjunction with the respective manager.
  • Draw up a full roster of hospitals/dealers and plan to visit them in an efficient manner.
  • Have good clinical knowledge about the disease and should be able to carry out an intellectual discussion with the doctor.
  • Understanding of medical and anatomical terms
