SaaS Representative

About NES: NISC Export Services (NES), has been providing Quality Publishing Metadata Services to World-Class Database Publishers Institutes. We are seeking Software as a Service Representative for its location at Cherlapally, Hyderabad. NES provides quality metadata services to world-class database publishers and institutes of higher education. We deliver unmatched value through a combination of process excellence, quality control and services such as information content development, metadata modeling, controlled vocabulary services, data preparation, software development, product quality control assurance, specialized email and technical phone support apart from assisting with product development. NES is renowned for its mastery in the de-duplication of bibliographic and metadata records through the creation of composite records.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support SaaS customers, aggregators, publishers, vendors, and partners by providing initial set-up, and continued support.
  • Support includes but is not limited to: o Working closely with Client Information Services Team members and the customer to obtain all
  • necessary set-up information. o Working with aggregators, publishers, vendors, and partners to establish authentication and
  • maintain relations. o Assist in the ongoing maintenance of client Integrated Search. o Setup, configure, and integrate Client SaaS products/services: o Maintain documentation on SaaS Operations Team and associated support procedures,
  • including but not limited to creating internal and external FAQ s and maintaining aggregators, publishers, vendors, and partners documentation.
  • Adhere to best practices as defined by case handling guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Discovery Solutions Coordinator and/or Sales to provide support for questions pertaining to client SaaS products/services - tasks include but are not limited to pre-post sale conference call participation and on-site customer visitations.
  • Assist in the training of team members as necessary.
  • Assist in other Customer Relations team work as required.
  • Understand the technical environment, products serviced and systems used at Client
  • Industries, and by our customers.
  • Other areas of responsibility as deemed necessary for the proper support of customers and
  • Clients SaaS products/services.

Skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in technical support/ Customer support
  • good Internet browsing skills
  • Graduate
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Good Knowledge on HTML CSS.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting customers using web-based services.
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Positive attitude team player
