Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Serve as a key member of business development, helping to drive overall strategies and business growth
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with the customers
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
    • Build scale into the business development function by communicating with the potential customers to develop joint business plans and upsell opportunities.
    • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.
    • Contribute to the overall growth and profit of the Montex Glass Fibre Industries business
    Job Specifications:
    • Proven performer with high customer obsession and Think Big capability.
    • Ideally, should come with a proven track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross functionally and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to rest of the organization.
    • 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and business development
    • Proficiency in English & Local Languages (Multiple language skills are a plus)
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Strong analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
