Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales Commission Specialist to join our Incentive and Compensation team in Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on sales commissions key sales compensation processes and activities to enable sales compensation to be a driver to support business objectives. We work collaboratively within the incentive and compensation team and with key internal stakeholders to ensure departmental objectives are met. In this role we Audit & validate transactional-level claims, Identify and leverage business intelligence sources to validate the claims, notifying Sales team of claim rejections on a transaction level and deliver regular status reports on progress and alert management of any exception queries that require intervention.We are looking for a Sales Commission Specialist to join our Incentive and Compensation Team in Hyderabad location. This is an amazing opportunity to work with multiples key stakeholders in the Sales team and others business. The team consists of 4 and is reporting to Manager Commission System and Administration. We have a great skill set in Compensation, customer handling & Advanced Excel hence we would love to speak with you if you have these skills.About YouWork experience (At least 1 year of experience in Sales Compensation)Good Knowledge of the Advance Excel.Have excellent communication skills, influencing and presentation skills; excellent negotiation skills coupled with good written/verbal communication skills.Education (Bachelors/University level degree in related business or operations field required or equivalent work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .Good or basic legal knowledge of SalesforceAdvanced skills in Excel or skills in MS Access or similar database application would be advantageousProven ability to work independently and in matrix environmentWhat will you be doing in this role Auditing & validating transactional-level claimsNotifying Sales of claim rejections on a transaction-level and providing support to secure documentationMaintain Commission segment of opportunity and work with management on enhancements within CRM systemsCreate payroll memo with award amounts each period by individual. Work with manager to determine quality control requirements.Answer questions about individual commission payouts, deadlines and other incentive and compensation helpdesk matters. Respond in timely, professional manner to ensure internal satisfaction is high.Constantly evaluate current process and making recommendations for improvement, standardization and tools. Identify and execute on ideas to drive process improvement.About the Team Commission Specialist team have 4 key members however their role is critical to execute on key sales compensation process and activities to enable sales compensation to be a driver to support business objectives. It will also help in meeting the operational performance objectives and will be focused on timeliness, quality and internal satisfaction.,
