The Compensation Operations Analysts are responsiblefor the completion and accuracy of order to commission quota retirement process inour Salesforce application. The Compensation Operations Analysts are critical indefining and managing the processes for new quota retirement approaches,including differentiation for channels, products and complex coverage models.These individuals must be capable of providing guidance on resolution whileadhering to policies and processes. The end result is excellence in performance andprocess integration of Salesforce with our cloud-based commissions system, Xactly.This role is critical to our monthly and quarterly commission processes and is anoutstanding opportunity to work with our Global Revenue Operations Team inorder-based commission crediting processes.Responsibilities Support a global monthly cut-off and close process as part of our salescommissions processing. Resolve case inquiries and be a trusted advisor to our sales team. Frequentcommunication with account executives and sales management viacommission cases. Provide recommendations to sales and the internal comp management teamregarding exceptions requests and case escalations. Process credit and/or commissions corrections and adjustments as theyarise via Excel, Salesforce or Xactly IncentBe a lead resource for account executives, sales operations and salescommission team on policy and process regarding sales commissions andapplying it to specific transactions. Understand data models, related objects and sales order processes withinSalesforce to be able to analyze gaps and implement processes based onexisting functionality.Required Experience Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred. 1 years work experience Experience in a customer-facing role: Collections, Sales Operations, CustomerService, etc. Strong skills in use of order management or similar systems, preferablyprevious experience in a CRM environment Advanced skills in MS Excel is a plus Strong problem solving and superior critical thinking skills, the ability toconnect the dots Strong technology skills Communicates effectively across functional groups. Excellent command ofEnglish; other languages a plus.
