    • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Our client products
    • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
    • Build an excellent knowledge of products and services to be sold
    • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Our client products
    • Drive customer participation in webinars, certification events, and/or conferences
    • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified and sales accepted opportunities
    • Actively collaborate as a team member within the department and with the organization as a whole
    • Supporting US clientele and will be required to work inNight Shifts

    Qualifications
    • Minimum qualification required will be a Graduate.
    • Masters Degree is strongly preferred in Sales & Marketing.
    • 1-5 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus).

    • Prior inside sales experience
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Experience being held to and motivated by metrics
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills
