Job Details : Corporate tie ups for selling tea premixes and tea vending machines.Manage corporate clients on a Key Account concept.Achieving sales volume/business targets through aggressive field work and professional network.Manage inventory/stock at the Distributor and client end both and prevent lapses.Give product demonstrations to prospective corporate clients and distributors and highlight USPs of own product for suggestive selling.Implement sales strategy as directed by the Reporting Manager & Sales Head.Build rapport with Distributors, HR/Admin Managers at the Client end and also otherKey Account Managers in the assigned territory.Monitor competitor activity in the assigned territory and sharereal time info with theKAM/ Sales Manager/ Reporting Manager/ Sales Head.Interact and co-ordinate with the Sales-Coordinator, Marketing Team, Service Team & Logistics Team, etc. whenever required to ensure smooth unhindered operations/ supply and service to the client at all times.Liaise with the Client on regular basis to maintain good relations and ensure that any error or lapse is noticed and addressed even before it gets highlighted.Daily generation and updation of the Sales MIS, Prospective Client Funnel, Sales Calls, etc.KRA: 1.Achieving business targets of Sales Volume and throughput as specified by the management. 2.Smooth Channel Management and implementing sales strategies.3.Achieve the required Machine to Premix connect ratio in the assigned territory.4.Ensure smooth and timely Sales Recovery / Accounts Receivables ManagementHard core Sales attitudeReadiness to travel and toil on the field to convert sales prospectsPositive AggressionConvincing CommunicationGood negotiation skillsGood Communication & presentation Skills.
