Respective Area Sales Manager

1. Scope of the role

To monitor and handle the Trade Sales in Area Territory assigned.

2. Job Profile

Target setting - Dealer wise, Town wise in March each year

Business review and plan for RS, Franchisee, Time Zone on quarterly basis or when required

Local level promotion action

Identifying new markets and retailing opportunities.

Assist the ASM in forecasting

3. Key Deliverables

Sales order booking, cheque collection, liasioning with commercial to resolve pending issues.

Collage and coverage norms to be adhered to.

Supervising RS operations and training of RS staff and showrooms.

Monitoring CFA activities, ensuring timely deliveries, housekeeping and compliance to commercial guidelines.

Product forecast and indenting.

Implementing local level promotion, schemes, and events.

Quarterly appraisals of RS, Time Zones, FS, CFAs.

Interfacing with service operations quality problems with ASO TSO

New product launches

FSR1, FSR2, primary secondary sales data, stock for all FS RS, Time Zones, Retail Audits, Sales tracking of top multi brand retail outlets on a monthly basis

Product related, Scheme related, ensuring monthly reports from RS, FS, and Time Zones sent to Corporate.

Market intelligence on a monthly basis.

Presenting information at review meetings on a quarterly basis

4. The right person

Graduate in any discipline, MBA would be an added advantage.

3 - 5 yrs experience in Direct Field sales

CTC 3L to 5L

2. Job Profile

Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan

Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising

Training and supervision of floor staff

Plan and direct floor operations, including

Inventory control and security

Co - ordinate the marketing of the floor on a local level

Responsible for upkeep of floors

Monitor security systems

Ensure exceptional customer service by floor staff

3. Key Deliverables

GHS target

Efficient managing of stock

Maximizing sales and profits of the floor

Customer Service and implementation of customer loyalty programs

4. The right person

Any Post Graduation with 4 - 7 years of experience in retail sales.

Should be good at People, process and Product management.

Experience to local retail marketing promotion activities and customer experience management would be an added advantage

Good communication skills

Should be a team player
