Job Description

    • Sales & Business Development: Drive software sales with a focus on CRM, marketing, and related software solutions.
    • Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain a retail client database to generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
    • Brand Promotion: Promote CRM software and other products to enhance brand visibility and market share.
    • Negotiation & Presentations: Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
    • Market Understanding: Stay updated with the latest trends in CRM software and marketing solutions to effectively sell and promote the products.
    Required Qualifications & Skills:
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the CRM, marketing, or related software fields.
    • Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
    • Client Database: Established retail client database is essential.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
      • Strong understanding of CRM software and its benefits.
      • Ability to promote and demonstrate software products effectively.
      • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
