The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing channel partners, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, real estate market knowledge, and a proven track record in property sales.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate the sales team. Set individual sales targets and monitor performance. Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations. Ensure high productivity and target achievement across the team.Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve sales and revenue targets for residential/commercial projects. Ensure maximum property bookings and closures. Improve lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Handle customer escalations and major negotiations. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales coordination.Channel Partner Management Develop relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners. Organize partner engagement programs and incentive plans. Expand channel partner network to increase sales reach.Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns. Prepare sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and performance analysis. Present sales updates to senior management.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all sales activities comply with legal and company policies. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions.Required QualificationsAny Graduate or PGExperience Required15 - 18 years of experience in real estate sales. Minimum 7 - 9 years in a leadership or managerial role.
