Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Lead Deputy Manager / ManagerLocation: Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, IndiaDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentReports To: Senior Sales Manager / Head of SalesJob Summary:The Sales Lead Deputy Manager / Manager will be responsible for driving salesgrowth by identifying and nurturing leads, developing client relationships, andexecuting strategies to expand the BPOs customer base. This role involvesleading the sales pipeline, overseeing a team of sales associates, and ensuring thesuccessful conversion of leads into clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Management:Develop and implement strategies to generate quality leads across variouschannels, including digital marketing, networking, cold-calling, and industryevents.Qualify and nurture leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.Use CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timelyfollow-ups and conversions.Sales Strategy Execution:Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to execute the sales strategy,focusing on key market segments and services offered by the BPO.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, todesign and present service proposals that meet client needs.Develop tailored solutions for prospective clients and deliver compellingsales presentations to close deals.Client Relationship Management:Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high clientsatisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Handle client queries, concerns, and negotiations effectively to buildlasting partnerships.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smoothcommunication between clients and internal teams during the onboardingand delivery phases.Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor a small team of junior sales associates or executives,ensuring they meet their targets and adhere to sales best practices.Provide ongoing training, feedback, and guidance to improve teamperformance and productivity.Foster a collaborative and competitive team environment to drive success.Reporting & Analysis:Analyze sales data and trends to monitor performance, identify areas ofimprovement, and adjust strategies accordingly.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior managementteam.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as leadconversion rate, deal closure time, and revenue growth.Qualifications & Skills:Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBApreferred).Experience:7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in theBPO or outsourcing industry.Demonstrated experience in lead generation, client acquisition, andmanaging sales cycles from lead to closure.Previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage andmentor a sales team.Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills.Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong analytical skills with experience in using CRM tools for tracking salesactivity.Ability to develop client-centric solutions and proposals.Attributes:Goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within ateam.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.High level of professionalism and integrity.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-linked bonuses.
