Job Description

    • Sales Target Achievement:
    - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and other mortgage products.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business in the local market.- Generate leads through multiple channels including real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
    • Customer Acquisition:
    - Identify prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions.- Actively engage in direct sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Relationship Management:
    - Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the loan application process.- Address customer queries and concerns to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement.
    • Loan Processing Coordination:
    - Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, risk, and operations to ensure smooth loan approvals and disbursements.- Ensure that customer documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise during the loan process.
