Job Description

    Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
    • Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
    • Meet and Pitch Rupeeks offerings to potential customers
    • Build trust by handling customer objections
    • Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
    • Build long term relationship with customers to ensure business and referrals
    • Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
    • Share local insights from the field to the central team
    Product: Gold Loan.Salary :25k TA IncentiveCandidate Persona:
    • Graduate with 2 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Telecom, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
    • Preferably between 25-33 years of age
    Sourcing Criteria (Precision Sourcing Guardrails):
    • 2 Years of Field Sales Experience
    • BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, Banks
    • Age not more than 30 Years
    • Driving License and 2 Wheeler is must
    • Local Language Proficiency
