Job Description

    Position Overview:The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across various industries. This role requires a strong leader with proven success in managing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing sector and a passion for delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy & Execution:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
      • Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion, both locally and internationally.
      • Set clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Team Leadership & Development:
      • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
      • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support team development through training.
      • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new sales staff.
    • Sales Operations & Performance Tracking:
      • Monitor daily sales activities and track team performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
      • Create and analyze sales reports, providing insights on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
      • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely and efficient follow-up on leads and opportunities.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
      • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
      • Promote the companys products and services to existing customers and prospects.
    • Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to sales.
      • Work with the production team to understand product availability, lead times, and to address customer-specific requirements.
      • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance to inform product development and marketing efforts.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting:
      • Assist in the development of the annual sales budget and revenue forecast.
      • Track and manage sales expenses to stay within budget while achieving target sales growth.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (Masters degree preferred).
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales, with at least [X] years in a managerial or leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
