  1. As a Sales Manager, You are responsible for Pan India Sales ofIndustrial shredding Equipment.
  2. You will be responsible for supervising and organizing sales team.
  3. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales bydeveloping business plans, meeting planned goals, andcoordinating with marketing department on lead generation.
  4. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Responsibilities:-
  1. Implementing Sales Action Plans & Strategies in accordance tomarketing calendar.
  2. Implementing market channels development activity andcoordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories andgoals.
  3. Develop and expand customer base in focus industries/assignedmarkets, by pursuing leads which will develop business.
  4. Ensure customers information and insights are being updated intoCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) System on time.
  5. Direct sales forecasting activities and set sales performance goalsof sales personnel.
