Work closely & jointly with the Banc-assurance channel partner to ensure, that the company achieves its businessaspiration in line with the AOP Targets as stated in individual objective setting sheets. -Manage a team of Sales Officers and ensure that 100% of the SO s target assigned is met. -Facilitate in building the right sales model by executing activity and lead management reports diligentlyAchieve Sales Target assigned (Individual role) Ensure reporting & correct MI related to segmentation, analytics, salescalls & conversions (all parameters) Monitor DSR and DLS reports for each SO on a daily basis and ensureproper reporting to the HO Maintain relationship with the BM & other staff members to ensureongoing support to the SO Create awareness about life insurance sales amongst the branch staff Drive Sales & Promotion activities in the bank branch Assist the SO in product & sales pitch with the prospect Drive & co-ordinate lead generation programs amongst the bank staf,
