Sales Manager for Aquaculture includes sale of chemicals , probiotics & product sales in Telangana , Andhra Pradesh Locations like East Godavari Region , West Godavari Region , and Krishna District. Job Roles And Responsibilities: Monitor Overall Sales in all the regions and branch offices. Keep a track of day to day activities of employees and area sales managers. Organizing various promotional activities for the promotion of our products. Submit sales reports to the management. Encourage the employees to achieve their targets. Manage Business with Dealers and farmers. Identify new requirements. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and achieving monthly targets.Qualifications: MBA Marketing Specialization or Any Graduation.
