    • Drive growth in the home loan and mortgage products segment by achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to capture a larger market share in the local area.
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with real estate developers, property agents, and other referral sources to generate quality leads.
    Customer Acquisition
    • Identify prospective clients and assess their financial needs to recommend appropriate loan products.
    • Engage in direct sales activities, including client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.
    • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by ensuring consistent follow-ups and successful conversions.
    Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate developers, property brokers, and other partners to facilitate lead generation.
    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer queries promptly and ensure smooth loan disbursements.
    Loan Processing Coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to ensure seamless loan approval and disbursement.
    • Ensure customer documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to regulatory standards.
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely loan processing.
    Requirements:
    • Experience: 16 years in sales, preferably in BFSI, real estate, or mortgage-related sectors.
    • Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge: Understanding of home loan products, mortgage market trends, and regulatory standards.
    • Proactive: Self-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
