Job Description

  • Handling primary and secondary sales of the assigned geography && Modern Trade Chains/ Distributors and achieve
  • assigned Targets
  • Strong Relationship building with Store && Buying Team
  • Availability && Visibility across all the stores in assigned territory
  • New Product Introductions && Brand Activations to be aligned with category team .
  • Hiring, training and coaching of Merchandisers && Promoters.
  • Responsible for Account Receivables from allocated customers.
  • Ensuring customer and project database is up to date
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Internal && External Customers
  • Strong experience in handling modern trade customers with proven sales record
  • Extensive market knowledge of the assigned region
  • Effective presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Team management skills
  • Demonstrates key sales behaviors (growth && customer focus, result orientation, effective communication, intelligent risk
  • taking)
  • Should be committed, ambitious, pragmatic, enthusiastic, transparent
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of local language is required.
