Job Description

Our client is leader in manufacturing Mid Meal snacks which is being sold at corporates/ offices / homes in between meetings, while watching favourite shows or while studying for the examination. Their products are very well found in Foodhall, Hypercity, Royal dryfruits , Loyal food marts, Godrej Natures baskets, Big Marts etc.Job Summary To initialize and develop the Hyderabad market by launching product(s) across Modern & General Trade outlets along with the development, implementation & evaluation of a business strategy to establish a brand standing & maximize the revenue by driving sales and controlling costs at an area level. Responsibilities and Duties Qualifications

  • Successfully launching product(s) and establishing a brand standing in Hyderabad.
  • Creating & managing a robust distribution network between retail stores, modern trade chains, distributors and the company in Hyderabad
  • Building an enthusiastic, aggressive & motivated sales team that focuses on thinking outside the box and challenging the norm to gain substantial market share.
  • Initiating and listing product(s) at various prominent Modern Trade chains across Hyderabad.
  • Overlooking sales, mentoring and directing strategies to achieve targets and driving sales plans across General & Modern trade. Managing budgets, new implementations as well as ensuring growth in the top line metrics.
  • Signing off on ranging concepts, new product opportunities, promotions and point of purchase solutions. Nurturing high-level relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think from the customer perspective and devising marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Using on-field expertise and insights to integrate and position the product in key areas as well as inside stores.
  • Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research.
  • Developing and presenting effective proposals to all stakeholders as well as negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies with them.
  • Co-ordinating with the corporate team and providing on ground feedback on a regular basis.
Required Experience, Skills and
  • Graduate with prior experience of 3-5 years in the FMCG industry Have previously worked in any of the leading FMCG companies
  • Understanding of the Hyderabad FMCG market and its functioning Possess strong leadership qualities who are passionate about Sales & Marketing
  • Out of the box thinkers that can deliver key metrics and targets to achieve top line results
  • Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
  • Possess excellent oral communication, people interaction & negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking & skills
