Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Opening forSales Promotion OfficerProfile Description:

  • - Planning & Managing all Production & Operation requirement, Plan operational budget and manage fund flow statement for easy execution of projects.
  • -Should have well versed with technical knowledge, measurements, materials
  • -Costing & Budgeting on excel.
  • -Vendor identification & Management -Dedicated, Reliable & Honest , Should be resourceful and identify reliable & right vendors
  • -Good command on English both written & spoken
  • - Planning & Coordination on Existing Projects.
  • - Must be able to manage multiple programs at one time and independently at ground level.
  • -Work closely with the Sales team to understand ground objectives.
  • -Should conduct morning meetings and plan the day with promoters for In-shop Activity or regular activity.
  • - Coordination with Agency or off role promoter & keeping regular Check on team performance and target .
  • - Maintain & coordinate within various in-house departments Admin and Accounts
  • -Maintain Stock Inventory Manually and Keep the record.
  • - Should able to plan prior activities and generate new ideas to develop the market.
  • - Should aware about stall fabrication ,roadshow and rural activity
  • - Capable of visiting A++ and weighted outlet and open the shop with keeping the sale track and work towards increasing the sale.
  • -Should be presentable and decision maker with informing the higher authority or reporting manager.
  • -Comfortable in travelling and staying in any part of India. (As per the activity and market requirement CITY OUT CUT TRAVELLING IS MUST)
  • - Compulsory excel sheet and PowerPoint knowledge is required in terms of preparing the reports and activity pictures.
