Job Description

    • Deploy, administer, troubleshoot, monitor, support, and operate a scalable, and secure Salesforce CPQ Platform.
    • Partner with functional team members to improve the end-user experience across our processes like quoting, billing, invoicing, and subscription management.
    • Build-out (from scratch) transformative experiences for both internal and external customers.
    • Develop operational excellence across the cross-functional environment including development, data cleanliness, privacy, security, and tracking and reporting of essential metrics.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 5+ years Salesforce experience of which directly working with Salesforce CPQ platform.
    • Experience with Salesforce.com including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform, Sales, Service and Analytics Clouds, and building Force.com pages along with MuleSoft and integrations to platforms like NetSuite.
    • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CPQ development/enhancement within the CRM Platform engaging with Business users.
    • Experience in business concepts for CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
    • Hands-on in configuration and limitations of Salesforce CPQ, formerly Steel brick CPQ.
    • Solve issues using troubleshooting methodologies combined with expert knowledge of Salesforce applications.
    • Resolve and document recurring issues logged by Community Cloud users.
    • Work closely with CRM Platform & CRM Business teams to assess business requirements, support change, and deliver consistently high-quality customer experience.
