Job Description

    Must Have
    • PD1 & Admin Certification
    • Trigger Coding
    Requirements
    • 5 years hands-on Salesforce development experience with Salesforce Apex, Visual Force, LWC, Aura, Flows, Platform events, Reports / Dashboards, Custom Objects, Salesforce APIs, and Force.com
    • Experience with Service, Sales and Experience Cloud
    • Demonstrated strong experience completing custom development solutions in Salesforce Lightning Apex, LWC, AURA as well as out of the box Salesforce configurations
    • Strong understanding of integration concepts and experience in developing integrations between Salesforce and third-party platform using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
    • Demonstrated experience with configuration across (but not limited to) workflows, process builder, standard and custom objects/fields, page layouts, security and access, reports, dashboards, Email-To-Case, Case Management, Dynamic layout, apps, custom setting, mobile administration.
    • Experience working in a DevSecOps environment utilising Git and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
    • Strong debugging and problem solving skills
    • Experience working in an ITIL environment
    • Demonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical expertise
    • Experience working independently and proactively whilst demonstrating impeccable risk identification/mitigation and time management skills
    • Proven ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation including, but not limited to KB articles, technical designs, release notes.
