Short DescriptionQualificationsJob ResponsibilitiesSkill: Salesforce VlocityExperience: 4 years to 9 years

  • Vlocity Candidate should have proven track record of successful delivery as Architect for at least 2 Teleco and Media Sector CRM implementations with B2B and B2C digital transformations Good working knowledge on Telecom Business processes and standards followed In depth
  • knowledge of key processes in industry specific solutions e g Product Catalogue Quote to Order MACD Policy Management Order Management
  • Provisioning Strong CPQ experience with multiple products Vlocity CPQ experience is a must Strong experience with Vlocity Development Skills OmniScript DataRaptor Cards
  • Templates Strong experience on CPQ EPC Vlocity OM Integration Procedures Process modelling tools and best practices
  • Data modelling Systems analysis and design Ability to conduct design reviews make recommendations for improvements and ability to follow up for customer success Strong experience on Salesforce Integration APEX Classes Lightning Components
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white board discussion with customers or delivering a functional demo
  • Experience with Salesforce platform skills in an administrative developer capacity and a detailed understanding of the Salesforce com data model and architecture
  • In depth knowledge of key Telecom processes in industry specific CRM solutions e g Quote to Order MACD Policy Management 3 years experience of working using Agile development techniques TM Forum SID eTOM knowledgeable certifications are a must.
