Key Responsibilities of Salesforce Technical Architect:Salesforce (SFDC) Lead/ Architect is responsible for defining advance architecture, solution/ design, platform specifictechnical best practices as well defining enterprise integration strategy.Works as a technical expert with deep technical knowledge of Salesforce.com ecosystemEvaluate multiple 3rd party solutions, author solution design document and provide leadership to technical teamProvide on- the- job leadership to people and projectOrganize and lead client sessions that involve non- technical resources, creating requirements and technical designGenerate client sign- off and commitment to the overall solution and design.Skills & Experience Required:10- 14+ years of experience including demonstrated track record of providing architectural help and various solutionsthat were designed for security, reliability , scalability and performance.Need to have at least 5 Salesforce Certifications.Hands on technical development work, on- the- job leadership of people and projects.A minimum of 4 years of experience working on Salesforce (SFDC) related projectsKey technology experience in areas such as J2EE, .NET, XML Web Services, SOA, Force.com platformUnderstand SCRUM and Agile development methodologiesDetail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologiesAbility to work with both technical and non- technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicatingdirectionKnowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERPExperience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools,
