    Greeting from RSBSS!Hiring for the followingJob Vacancy : SAP Associate Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Manager to join our team and take on the responsibility of interfacing with our IT Teams across the group entities.We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to effectively implement and support SAP solutions.The SAP Associate, will play a crucial role in SAP related issues, guiding, collaborating, and coordination with our global counterparts. Associate will be responsible for attending to SAP related issues, participate in any future projects and providing technical and functional expertise to support on their daily SAP related activities.Responsibilities:
    1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
    2. Design, configure, and customize SAP modules to meet business needs, including but not limited to SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
    3. Develop and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and test plans for SAP implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
    4. Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP applications.
    5. Provide end-user training and support during SAP implementations and post-go-live support phases.
    6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP systems.
    7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
    8. Stay current with SAP technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP solutions.
    9. Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects on time and within budget.
    10. Act as a subject matter expert in SAP modules and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant, with expertise in at least two SAP modules.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as SAP Activate or ASAP.
    • Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including custom development, enhancements, and interfaces.
    • Strong understanding of SAP functional areas such as Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain Management (MM/PP/SD), or Human Capital Management (HCM).
    • Experience with SAP integration technologies, such as SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues and propose effective solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
