Job Description

    SAP Business Intelligence SpecialistOur client is a leading healthcare IT company providing consulting and software services to some of the top pharmaceutical companies and healthcare service providers in Canada, US and the European countries.The company seeks to recruit a Senior SAP Business Intelligence Specialist for their office in Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documentation, design, development & testing of SAP BI/BW/Business Objects/Hana components to support business analytical requirements- Provide expert support and guidance to project teams in areas of BI and Analytics- Post Production and Go-Live Support.- Writing Technical Unit/Integration Testing Scripts and Technical Unit Testing Document and executing as per the test plans- Maintaining good working relationship with Business partners and SAP center of excellence to resolve any vendor related escalations- Managing Change Request process- Leading a small team of developers with project planning, work allocation and monitoring- Pre-Sales support to the Sales team through Demos, Product Walk-through and solution architectingKey Skills/Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any similar discipline- 6+ years of experience in SAP BW/BI in a data warehouse environment with sound knowledge in SAP HANA- Minimum 2 full-life cycle implementations experience covering Data-Modeling, Data Extraction, Generic Extraction, Data loading (Full / delta upload), scheduling, Monitoring, Info-objects, Info-cubes, Info-source, ODS Objects, Process chains, BeX Analyzer, BeX Query, ABAP, FI Validations, Substitution Rules, BAPIs, BADIs, EDI, IDOCs, Smartforms, Screen Painter, ALV, WebDynpro - ABAP & Java, Business Warehouse (BW), Business Objects (BOBJ) Data services.- Expertise in creating Functional Requirement Document, Technical Specifications, System Build Design, Test Scripts, and Unit testing documentation ensuring compliance with established architectural principles and development standards- Knowledge of SAP standard modules viz. FICO, Sales & Distribution and Material Management- Self-driven with ability to motivate the team- Good knowledge of Analysis Process Designer(APD)- Knowledge in AGILE Scrum Business Methodology will be an advantage- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical/Life Science domain will be a plus.- Good knowledge of SAP BI Net Weaver 2004- Strong communication and team leadership skills,
