Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position ofSap Central Finance Consultant at LTI Mindtree
• COFI with S4HANA Consultant(Product Costing, COPA &Material ledger).
Key areas of responsibility:
• Be part of a Central Finance team supporting post-implementation and ensuring global SLAs are met
• Translate business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing the feasibility and optimization of the solution.
• Analyze existing finance and accounting processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions leveraging SAP Central Finance capabilities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and enable real-time reporting.
• Establish data governance policies, controls, and procedures to ensure data integrity, data quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor data reconciliation processes.
• Provide end-user training on SAP Central Finance functionality, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support to finance teams to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the system.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, system errors, and data discrepancies related to SAP Central Finance. Collaborate with IT teams and SAP support to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Recommend and implement SAP S/4HANA- centric solutions to support business capabilities and complex business scenarios with the objective of simplifying, stabilizing, and modernizing the ERP solution
• Accountable that the solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Business.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis on project requirements while providing best practice solutions to the business audience
• Create architecture and functional design documents to communicate solutions that will be implemented by the technical team.
• Identify solution risks and issues and determine ways to effectively address them.
• Influence the decision making at the leadership and executive level through fact-based data driven analysis of various solution options based on thorough understanding of the business challenges.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other team members.
• Experience & Knowledge:
• 10 years of SAP Finance consulting experience with minimum 4 end to end implementations. Candidates with S4 HANA Central Finance implementation experience would be preferred.
• At least 2 end to end S4 HANA in either Greenfield or Brownfield implementation project experience
• At least 3 years experience in SAP FICO in production support environment.
• Experts in Finance process definition, general SAP FICO configuration and interface with non-SAP systems
• Should be well versed with end-to-end Finance processes including integration points with other modules like Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, controlling etc.
• Possess expert knowledge in General Ledger, Account Receivable & Payable.
• Must have both SAP Finance and Controlling skills (emphasis on controlling skills, especially account-based COPA and CO-PC)
• End to end knowledge in RICEF development, FS preparation, testing and business acceptance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies, data discrepancies, and system issues. Ability to analyze complex financial data and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure overall team deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet established timelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SAP Central Finance and related technologies. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
