      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Handling the day to day production issues Handling the calls with the business users Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs Handling the team effectively 2- working Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests and AD work Closely working with client counter parts and onshore team
      • Technical Experience : 1-Candidate is expected to have proficient experience and understanding in SAP FI and CO modules viz, General Ledger GL, Accounts Payable AP, Accounts Receivable AR, Asset accounting, Cost and Profit Center Accounting CPA, Internal Orders, COPA Particular expectation is strong knowledge on CO module 2-Must have the ability to look for improvement opportunities in business systems giving proactive suggestions to client on system improvement 3-Assisting in testing process Application development
      • Professional Attributes : Good communication skill
      • Educational Qualification : Graduation/Masters
    • Additional Information : Experience in Application development - AD and Application Maintenance - AM is good to have
