Have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO Modules. Receive and validate Functional Requirements Propose solution alternatives and defend them Customize SAP and provide UT and SIT Detect problems and root causes Solve incidents and problems Implement enhancements Participate in SAP Convergence implementation projects & support local / transformation projects Process harmonization and standardization within respective business domain Identifying the operational difficulties that the staff face in their daily operations Documenting, supervising and monitoring details of AS IS business processes Reviewing TO BE business process documentation and identifying gaps Approving TO BE business process documentation Efficacy of final business process design once approved Ensuring that the processes being implemented are in line with the company s operations and do not affect other departments operations Liaising between users and the implementation team Identifying potential threats and informing all concerned parties in a timely manner Facilitating change management within their team and answering queries/alleviating fears Foreseeing future hurdles and preparing a mitigation strategy Successful implementation of SAP with acceptability across all hierarchiesABAP (Technical) Knowledge and experience in LSMW/BDC/Ecatt. Candidate should have an excellent communication and client facing skills Experience working both independently (Individual Contributor) and in collaborative environment too with Global teams.minimum of 10+ years SAP FICO experience and worked minimum of 2 implementation projects with end 2 end project scenario s and able to handle high priority tasks and willing to work independently. Should have strong cross functional knowledge with other modules Procurement (MM), Billing (SD), Project systems (PS) & Human resources (HR), have experience in new custom developments (Process / Reports/ Enhancements), require experience in CORE FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, Banking, FA, CCA, PCA, CEA).,
