Job Description

    Hiring location: Gurgaon/ Noida / Bhubaneswar / Karnataka, Bengaluru / Guindy, Chennai / Gachibowli, Hyderabad /Experience: 6 - 8 yearsDays: 5 days/weekRole & Responsibilities Performing configuration/development and assisting the customer in testing cycles Building trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high quality Preparation of Business Process Procedures, Fit-Gap Analysis, Test Scenarios, Configuration/ Development Documentation, End-User documentation and User manuals Preparation of all documentation such as Functional specifications, test scenarios, Configuration documents, etc. Responsible for Data Migration & Cutover activities Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility. Provide Hypercare Support and ensure all tickets are logged and resolved within the agreed timelines Taking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, think through and developing a plan that is executed and. delivered according to the established timelines.Ideal Candidate 6 years of experience in SAP IS Retail Excellent oral and written communication skills Conceptual and hands on knowledge on below objects in SAP Retail- Article master (including structured articles in Retail) Site Master Merchandise categories and hierarchies Characteristics and Characteristic profiles Listing and assortments Business partner, Customer and vendor master Retail pricing and promotions Be able to understand overall retail processes such as Replenishment, Procurement, merchandise distribution, pricing and promotions, Omnichannel retailing, interfaces to various peripheral systems. Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation,
