RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with other leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project /support challenges Cultivate strong relationships with Client s Project Manager, CTM (s), BPO (s) to Proactively forecast mitigate, guide on Best Practises Cultivate strong relationships with internal resources to improve results Produce documentation for projects Look for solutions beyond monitoring, ticket resolution, bring in value addition to the client 24X5 support window. Take Ownership of Landscape Architecture for Client Key Accountabilities to support the following related to PI-PO Monitoring Incidents Bug Fixes Message Queue reprocess Changes to landscape REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree SAP ECC implementation Support experience Should have done 3-5 Implementations and or Support projects in Multi-Country environment. Experience in Middleware like Gentran Expertise in Messages like EDI/IDOC XML REST API Adaptors File Interfaces Proxies NICE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HAVE: 5 years as SAP PI- PO Consultant Experience with Multi-Country Client(s) SAP PO certification: preferable Mandatory implementation /Support experience Stickler for Quality process orientation Integration /interfacing with SAP ABAP , Functional Consultant(s), 3rd Party System developers/admin.
