  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Handling the day to day production issues 2-Handling the calls with the business users 3-Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4-Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs
      • Technical Experience : 1-Understand client requirements, functional specifications, provide solutions and implement 2-technical components accordingly 3-Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role in implementations from Blueprint to Go-Live 4-Ability to create Technical Design Documents TDD and Unit Test documents for the 5-technical solutions being implemented 6-addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle sap
