  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Handling the day to day production issues 2- Handling the calls with the business users 3-Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4-Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs
      • Technical Experience : 1-Should have good knowledge of standard SAP PP/QM/PM 2-Good experience in the Process order process 3-Good experience on MRP 4-Good experience in the Quality certificates 5-Experience on Plant Maintenance 6-Able to handle calls and gather Information from business that are required for new developments or Projects 7-Should have good exp in working with SAP ABAP team for changes and new developments 8-Should have good knowledge on interfaces 9-Should have hands on experience in preparing the FS
