Job Description

SAP SD LE ATTP Sr Consultant: Offshore AMS : Hyderabad location to join our team in Hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP) , India (IN) .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with other leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project /support challenges
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Client s Project Manager, CTM (s), BPO (s) to Proactively forecast mitigate, guide on Best Practises
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal resources to improve results
  • Produce documentation for projects
  • Look for solutions beyond monitoring, ticket resolution, bring in value addition to the client
  • Support in Rotating Shifts (24X5)
  • Key Accountabilities to support SAP ECC in the below SD areas
  • Quotation, SO, Delivery, Billing (entire OTC cycle)
  • Pricing, Credit, STO, Consignment, Returns, Exports, 3 rd Party Logistics
  • Integration with Vendor Processes including ATTP (Advanced Track Trace for Pharmaceuticals) for Serialization and Track Trace
  • Integration with MM/WM, PP/QM, FI, CO, ATTP
  • EDI/IDOC monitoring for Functional errors Rectification/ Collaboration with Source/Target systems counterparts
  • Experience of working on support procedures, protocol and culture of large support team.
  • Should have worked on large complex enhancement(s).
  • Interfaces/Customisations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • SAP ECC implementation Support experience
  • Should have done 2-3 Onsite implementation and or Onsite Support projects in India

NICE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HAVE:

  • 4- 6 years as SAP SD Consultant
  • Domain experience in SD
  • Pharma Support /Implementation Experience
  • SAP ATTP expereince
  • Onsite Experience with Indian Client(s)
  • SAP SD certification: preferable
