Job Description

  • Project Role :Application Support Engineer
  • Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Management Level :10
  • Work Experience :4-6 years
  • Must Have Skills :SAP SD Sales Order Management
  • Good To Have Skills :SAP ABAP Development,Warranty Management
      • Key Responsibilities : Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Should work ticketing / demand scope of work Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
      • Technical Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects Design, customize, configure and testing of SD Should have knowledge over usiness Processes, Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Scheduling Agreements, and Rush Orders Cash Sales etc Must have integration with FI/MM along with other modules
      • Professional Attributes : Ensure timely and quality delivery and support Should have good communication skills Should work independently Willing to work in shift timings Take end to end ownership of applications in-scope
    • Educational Qualification : Any Degree
