Our Current Requirement: SAP Success Factors (Succession Planning / CDP) Consultant Professionals5 to 12 years of experience in SAP Should have strong experience in SF in Succession Planning / CDP ModulesAt least 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP Success Factor / SF in Succession Planning, CDP Modules and 5+ Years of experience in HCM.Should have experience in either of the following modules like Succession Planning / CDP Modules . Certification in Success Factor in any of the module - Succession Planning / CDP modules is mandatory Should have worked on at least 2-3 end to end implementationsBuilds customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deals with difficult issues at the customer and finds win-win solutions for both Customer and SAP.Drive standards, Define and implement/improve data governance strategies and enforce best practices to scale data pipelines across platform. Oversees all SAP project related activities and is accountable for the success, execution and final delivery of the program and work products. Interfacing with internal customers, stakeholders, and development/test/maintain. Continually reporting on project progress and potential risks to stakeholder.
