      • Key Responsibilities : a Work with the business process team client team to assess current capabilities and identify high level customer requirements b Able to provide gap analysis, strategic roadmap/blueprint development well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting with problem solving skillsc Good domain Knowledge in HR Business Processes Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
      • Technical Experience : a Must have experience in SAP SuccessFactors with any moduleb Good to have knowledge in in working Business rules, Workflows, document creation, picklist center, RBP and MDF foundation objectc Good to have Knowledge in SuccessFactors Integration Center with exposure handling in data replication from SF to SAP HCM Also, aware on cross module and EC Syncd Good to have knowledge in Advanced and ad-hoc reports modules - PMGM, ONB and RCM system Integration with SAP CPI SAP HCM TM PAOM
