SucessFactors:Must Have: SAP Success Factor Certified in SAP Success Factor Design, Develop, configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance including testing Minimum 4-6 year implementation experience on Success Factors EC,Recruitment or LMS or PM & GM. 2 plus years integration and technical experience related to integration/interfacing of SAP and non-SAP systems Extensive experience with multiple SAP Success Factor modules including EC,PMGM Associate certification in one of the Talent modules is mandatory and Professional certification is preferred. Good knowledge in configuration of the module independently. Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills. Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clientMust have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment. Ability to work independently on multiple projects same time. Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes. Good understanding of incident management, and change management. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF,
