JPMC Agility Leads form a key role within most Products and can choose to specialize in Coaching or Delivery. Outcomes You are Responsible For Increasing the effectiveness of agile ways of working in Product team through coaching, influencing, teaching and participating in Community of Practice activities, therefore enabling Product team to deliver business outcomes Working with Product Teams and across the organization, enhancing the understanding the value of agility, especially with regards to ensuring prioritization of workflow and updating the product backlog Support Product Team with agility, relevant tools and methodologies to successfully deliver complex Products; guides the team to self-organization and cross functionality Build a trusting, safe and transparent environment for both business and tech stakeholders, where problems can be raised during appropriate scrum events, without fear of blame, and with a culture of continuous improvement Ensuring the business needs, urgency and vision are communicated in a timely manner, with relevant emphasis Encouraging and leading ignite communities, and other forums, ensuring knowledge is shared proactively Lead identification and unblocking of cross product impediments to flow and agility through influencing, advocating experiments, and extending agile mindsets and practices, in order to accelerate the flow of value realization Leading cultural change and embedding service leadership across product teams via coaching, training and providing thought leadership on agility and related capabilities such as lean, DevOp,
