Job Description

    • Responsible for ensuring the Scrum framework is properly implemented and followed, helping the team to work together more effectively, and continuously improving their practices and processes.
    • Facilitating Scrum Events: Responsible for organizing and facilitating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
    • Coaching the Team: Act as a coach for the development team, helping them understand and implement Scrum principles, practices, and values.
    • Removing Obstacles: Responsible for identifying and removing any obstacles that may impede the teams progress.
    • Protecting the Team: Protects the team from external distractions and interruptions, ensuring they can focus on delivering the product increment.
    • Facilitating Communication: Facilitates communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and the Product Owner.
    • Monitoring Progress: Monitors the teams progress and reports it to the Product Owner and stakeholders, helping them understand the teams achievements and challenges.
    • Facilitating Continuous Improvement: Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging them to regularly inspect and adapt their processes and practices.
    • Supporting the Product Owner: Supports the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and clearly defined.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/or related field
    • 6+ years of relevant experience on an agile team or equivalent working experience
    • Demonstrable experience in scrum management, agile workflow, estimation and planning, stakeholder management, negotiation communication skills, and JIRA/Confluence
    • Passionate about scrum, Kanban, lean thinking, lean startup, extreme programming, SAFE, Less, etc.
    • Extensive knowledge about techniques including user stories, continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, and agile games.
    • A sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company s success
    • Knowledge about the value of metrics and incremental delivery Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
    • Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous burndown techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
