Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) has an opening for a Training Manager on our Knowledge Management (KM) team. This team creates, maintains, and delivers Knowledge Center (KC) content and training for SDS contact centre associates that are based across different countries and lines of business within SDS. We are seeking a Training Manager to join our Learning OrganizationIf you are a professional who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and you have a strong background in contact centers, training and team management, we want to speak with you!In this role, you will focus on coordinating and managing all site s training initiatives across different workflows. Manage a team of trainers and their growth. You will work closely with Operations Managers, Training Managers worldwide and Subject Matter Experts to maintain consistency.We are looking for a team player who not only leverages his/her own team to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios, but is able to work closely with stakeholders to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer need.Key job responsibilities Work with stakeholders to identify target audience, training needs and ensure training delivery against required training timelines. Manage a team of trainers, including their schedule, development and productivity. Coordinate and plan trainings such as new hire, cross training, refreshers, onboardings, upskill, launch trainings and any other types of trainings. Identify site-specific knowledge gaps through observations, focus groups, quality checks, and data analysis and propose specific training topics based on findings. Monitor, track and report on training completion and success metrics.-Responsible for general administration associated with running training programs. A day in the lifeOn any given day you will do but not limited to the following activities: Ensure that training is tracked, recorded and reported to stakeholders Coach and develop trainers Identify knowledge gaps and fix them Work with stakeholders to finalize training needs, duration and schedules Work on global projects and attend meetings Ensure that training processes are followed and adhered, 4+ years of experience in the field of training delivery in a corporate environment. 2 + years of experience in successfully managing a team of trainers, and supporting their success and growth Demonstrated success and experience with planning and implementing trainings Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members in a global environment. Knowledge of adult learning theory, training evaluations and practices. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and measuring training results and learning effectiveness Ability to work backwards from the needs of our customers and conduct training needs assessment and analysis and recommend learning and development initiatives. Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) A bachelors/ master s degree in the field of training or a related field Learning/Training certifications is a plus
