Position Purpose:Define technical security standards. Design and blueprint the security architecture and support project teams in choosing the right security architectureMajor Accountabilities:Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across data center, networks, databases and applications - Design security measures and an overall security architecture for the IT and/ or OT landscape in line with the ISRM policy framework - Ensure Information Security regulatory compliance - Ensure auditing of security policies and procedures - Develop a pull for security architecture consulting services from IT functions through process improvement, thought leadership and positive business impact - Training of the IT community of the role and value of the Security Architecture team, governed standards and blueprints, and engaged processes - Identify, investigate and report on suspected breaches and review findings with key stakeholders - Support key IT and/ or OT projects in their security architectural setup - Take responsibility to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Security Architect scopeKPI:Number of security breaches; Consistent security architecture; Number of new security measures/ applications/ tools in the portfolio; key stakeholder trainings; IT community trainings on Security ArchitectureAbout NovartisNovartis provides innovative healthcare solutions that address the evolving needs of patients and societies.
