Join us and directly contribute to Novartis vision to Reimagine Medicine.Your Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Review and provide expert solutions for security architecture of public cloud solutions for Azure, AWS and other global webservices platforms., Provide SME guidance for SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, data management, AI/ML, and scientific research security design practices for new digital initiatives. Validate security requirements for VPC, API and Cloud Service Offerings from AWS (S3, ML, DataBricks, IAM, Redshift, Key Management) and comparable Azure services. Familiarity with WeCom/WeChat platforms a plus. Engage in new projects and be the SME for secure architecture design, as well as securing workloads in public and private cloud environments for custom developed and COTS solutions. Experience proposing and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC), Proofs of Value (POV) activities to ensure innovative solutions can be adopted globally and meet the business need. Creates, reviews, and challenges defined IT security related internal standards,Acts as single point of contact, collaborating closely with other Security Architects and IT Architects on IT security related matters Promotes IT security culture within the business and application management team, Defines pragmatic solutions and recommends alternatives that meet or exceed security requirements Performs risk/threat assessment of IT projects related to the function, Manages prioritization of security assessment for the function, Leverages application security risk assessment pool for low impact projects EEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements University working and thinking level, degree in business/technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience Professional information security certification, such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 auditor / practitioner is preferred. Professional (information system) risk or audit certification such as CIA, CISA or CRISC, CSSLP, GSSP, ECCSP, CASS, AWS/AZURE or similar industry training and certification 10+ years work experience, 7 years within Information Security management., 3 + years experience in senior management position with demonstrated leadership skills in global matrix organization Expert knowledge of cloud services, familiarity of AI/ML systems for scientific research data models and access controls, HPC, block-chain, and identity access management systems.Why consider Novartis 799 million.
