Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time Core Purpose of the Role : Handling analytical instruments like Analytical SFC and Preparative SFC. Review of Daily/monthly laboratory monitoring, verification, and calibration records of equipment and instruments. Role Accountabilities : Experience in handling instruments like Analytical SFC/Chiral HPLC and Preparative SFCWorking experience in analytical method development using Analytical SFC/Chiral HPLC. Having sound knowledge in Stereo Chemistry. Knowledge in Data Interpretation of NMR, LCMS and HPLC.Should train the Juniors on SFC techniques and monitor the daily work. Review daily/monthly laboratory monitoring, verification, and calibration records of equipment and instruments. Should understand the MSDS of the chemicals being handled and awareness of emergency response procedures in case of accidental spillage, leakage or fire. Good knowledge in analytical chemistry Hands-on experiences with analytical instruments SFC method development, and SFC purification. Theoretical knowledge in various analytical techniques like chromatography, spectroscopy and wet analysis Good knowledge in computer and English Able to work follow instructions and perform the tasks under the supervision of the project leader/team leader. Review of daily/monthly laboratory monitoring, verification, calibration records of equipment s and instruments.
