      • Key Responsibilities : a Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology b Enables the Team to Agile process and ensure all Scrum process are used as intended c removes barriers/impediments to successful implementation d Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity and Maintain the backlog e Helps in release plans and publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress f Knowledge on sfdc as well
      • Technical Experience : aOverall IT Testing experience of 5 years with 2-3 years in Testing Automation using Selenium bGood hands-on experience in Selenium Test Automation Frameworks using Java cGood communication skills with ability to coordinate and work with multiple teams dAbility to work with Functional and Dev team to prepare Test Plan for Integration and Regression scenarios in AGILE environment eDocument Test Cases and be able to follow all test cases to closure for every sprint and release
      • Professional Attributes : a Must have Good Communication skill and Capable of Client facing role experience
      • Educational Qualification : a Must have 15 year of regular education
