Job Description

  1. Senior Agile Java Developer with experience on building large scale and REST compliant servicesusing Java in Cloud based environment
  2. Must have Excellent core Java 8 skills Excellent Spring Hibernate skills Experience building RESTful services Experience with Tomcat or other lightweight containers Experience with ORACLE or other relational database
  3. Software engineering best practices including TDD design patterns
  4. unit testing with Junit and Mockito clean code continuous integration using Jenkins and continuous deployment Experience
  5. using distributed version control tools such as GIT Experience with build automation tools such as Maven
  6. Agile development in particular Scrum comfortable with practices like pair programming and code reviewPRs
  7. Must be comfortable using Unix and should be good with common Shell commands Scripting BDD testing
  8. using Cucumber JVM Highly desirable Experience with WebSphere Pivotal Cloud Foundry Microservices and Cloud based deployments
  9. Nice to have Good understanding of concurrency multi threading and thread safety Container experience
  10. using Docker and Kubernetes CICD pipeline experience using technologies such as Jenkins Python and Terraform
  11. User interface development using web based technologies such as React Developing application using NoSQL and or Graph databases such as MongoD
