Job Description

    As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing robust data pipelines using big data technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience overall and 4 years experience in Data Engineering roles.- Extensive experience with the Hadoop ecosystem and Spark (batch and streaming processing).- Demonstrated proficiency with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).- Expert-level SQL skills for complex data manipulation and querying.- Robust programming background in Java and/or Scala.- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, with a preference for Python.- Desire and ability to quickly learn recent tools and technologies.- Ability to proactively identify and solve engineering problems.- Valuable interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.- Implement and manage data solutions on cloud platforms.- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.In this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data engineering principles and be proficient in various technologies like Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Java, Scala, and Python.
