Partnering with the Retail business units, fostering strong relationships with management and current and potential users of information and reporting tools, developing an understanding of their business requirements to respond to requests for information and to identify opportunities for those business units; Work with the business to develop/ improve/ refine sales performance metrics that will provide the business better information in monitoring/ tracking their business performance; Partnering with the Information Management leadership team to ensure our processes are aligned to the Group Information Management (IM) Strategy and IM are supported with the requirements for development of required data structures and complex reports; Undertaking detailed analysis and design of the business requirements, documenting business and functional specifications; Leading solution design and viability estimates for solutions; Performing project management of assigned tasks and projects; Training and supporting the users of reports and other deliverables; Administering and maintaining reporting applications and solutions; and Supporting the work of the Retail Reporting and Analytics team as required, contributing to the vision, values and strategy of the organisation.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and interpretation skills and sound business solution design skills including the ability to grasp business modelling and process design techniques. You will demonstrate strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with a distinct ability to develop and maintain working relationships. Knowledge of banking industry trends and practices coupled with knowledge of Retail strategy, products are services would be advantageous. To be successful in this role you will have experience in a business analysis experience, preferably in the Banking, Finance or Information Technology field. You will have the ability to document business requirements and functional specifications, with project management experience highly desired. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a business, finance or technology related discipline, with Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification highly regarded.,
